Delivery
Each piece is individually hand crafted from the date of order. Therefore it takes 6-8 weeks for delivery. Each item comes in its own hard shell, velvet lined box in hunter's green embossed with a gold Gemmeus logo. Royal Mail next day special delivery postage fees are £5.50 (for pieces of £34.00 or more). Please enquire for international rates.

Design Service
Gemmeus is always happy to discuss bespoke items and commsions to meet individual needs. There is a non refundable design fee of £20.00 per commission to be paid in advance. This fee is then subtracted from the total payment of the final commission price.
